Copper Separation Plant India

Many different techniques are involved in copper separation process, such as crushing; grinding; washing; filtration; sorting; sizing; gravity concentration; magnetic separation; flotation world leading supplier and manufacturer of copper separation and processing equipment. We have been dedicated in separation technology for long history and developed complete ranges of copper separation plant for sale, such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, high pressure mill, sand washing machine, vibrating screen and feeder, filtering machine, gravity separator, magnetic separator, froth flotation machine, thickener, dryer, belt conveyor etc.
We provide high performance copper separation plant for sale in India, Chile, United States, Indonesia and Peru etc. also customize mineral processing and separation solution according to specific requirements.

Lead-Copper Separation

In this case a lead-copper concentrate is separated in two products, a lead concentrate and a copper concentrate. The success of any separation technique starts with the flotation practice employed in the bulk lead-copper flotation. A high degree of selectivity must be achieved in the rougher flotation or the sphalerite and pyrite become over promoted and will report in the bulk concentrate, producing an unstable copper-lead ratio.
Also if copper and lead minerals are highly activated, the separation will be difficult. Sodium cyanide is the most effective depressor for copper when the lead-to-copper ratio is about equal or less than 1. When the ratio is more than 1, lead is usually depressed. Activated carbon is a chemical reagent than can improve separation removing residual collector from surface, also acting as a froth modifier.

Molybdenum-Copper Separation By Flotation

Molybdenite belongs to the minerals group of easy flotation which is related to its crystal structure. After grinding molybdenite particles present laminar structure that favors natural hydrophobicity. For this reason, its elevated hydrophobic capacity allows recover successfully molybdenum from ores with low grades.
The separation molybdenum-copper has been practiced for a long time. The predominant process is to depress copper sulphides and capitalizing on the easy floatability of molybdenite. There several depressants for copper minerals such as sodium cyanide, mainly if copper is present as chalcopyrite.
